Sent after a successfull ANS authentication. Some believe this command means Initial Rooster
Defines all parties in a switchboard, known as "roosters". Sent as many times as roostercount, one for each rooster.

- trid : Transaction ID
- rooster : Count of the current rooster enumerated
- roostercount : Count of the total number of roosters in switchboard
- passport : Passport account-name of the currently enumerated rooster.
- friendlyname : URL encoded MSN friendly-name of the currently enumerated rooster. This is not always syncronized with what the notification server says - accurate information is given by the notification server.
- roosterclientid: Client ID of the current rooster
The client shall not respond to this command.
